Between June 12, 2022 and June 25, 2022, complete one activity per day until you have completed 5 in a row. Be one of the first three to get BINGO and earn extra points towards our Fitness Challenge.

NOTE: Until you have completed BINGO, only ONE activity may be submitted per day. All activities must be completed on the day they are submitted. Sorry, no retro submissions!


* PRO TIP: If you would like more of a challenge, perform a total of 3 to 4 sets for the exercise squares!
**Once you have gotten BINGO, challenge yourself to clear the board! You are no longer limited to one activity per day!
